My name is Molly Smith and I started my journey in February 2014. I had been overweight my entire life, tried dieting a million times and one day it finally stuck. After trying diet after diet I started on an extreme calorie deficit of 1000 calories. When I wouldn’t get results I would eat less and less. I gave myself an eating disorder, then another. I went from unintentionally starving myself to having a binge eating disorder. It wasn’t until I got phnemonia for 2 months that I finally decided that I was going to care more about being healthy than what I looked like. I started dieting and exercising and fell in love it. I’ve been smaller than I currently am, but I’ve taken a break from dieting for my breast augmentation surgery. I’m extremely happy and healthy. I love my body and I think I can always improve myself but I now want to do it for the right reasons. I’d love to lose a bit of fat and get down to about 130 and put on some serious muscle.
