Eat LESS (A lot less) and eat HEALTHY! It’s really simple – eat less calories than you burn and you’ll loose weight! Find your BMR (Google it) – Type in your information and it’ll calculate your daily calorie amount.
Be more active, don’t sit still – get up and enjoy life! I started my fitness journey in 2014 and I started my weightloss journey in 2012. So fitness isn’t necessarily the way out of obesity or overweight ☝?️ Just get up and walk around (Maybe try out PokemonGo?) _
Have patience and take ONE day at a time. Because it will take time – If you doesn’t start at one point, when will you ever reach your goals? Ask yourself how much you really want it? Ask yourself if that piece of cake or slice of pizza is worth it? Healthy doesn’t mean disgusting or boring !! Trust me, it’s much better”
