“I started my journey to lose weight when living life became hard for me because of all of my extra weight.

I couldn’t even tie my own shoes. At that point I knew I had to make some changes. I didn’t want to continue living my 20s out in a fat suit so I threw out all of the junk food and started to workout 5 times a week. I am 182lbs down and I feel AMAZING. I have 18lbs left to lose.

My biggest advice would be don’t give up!! It takes time! Stay focused and consistent!
