A lot of people ask how did I get over my food addiction and the truth is I have Not 100%. 2 years later and I struggle like a lot of people with not being able to control my cravings and etc.
Food addiction is real. You give in to withdrawal symptoms to certain foods, eat it and feel satisfaction…and then feel this overwhelming guilt afterwards.
Drugs aren’t too far off. It’s the same concept except one of them is not illegal. I hope to use my small platform to bring more attention to this type of problem. Point is, you don’t have to be close to perfect to overcome and get closer to a better you. “
