“Always a favorite comparison.

Left picture is before my weight loss journey started. October 2014. I was well over 300lbs. Middle picture came up in my Timehop today. 2 years ago exactly. I was down 70lbs.Right picture is today. Down 147lbs.

This didn’t happen over night. I made the decision to live a healthier lifestyle at the start of 2015. The only promise I made to myself, the only goal I set.. to never be the person on the left again & to never give up. I’m not perfect, I slip up a lot. But the key is consistency.

Make more better choices than bad. Don’t beat yourself when you have a bad day, week, month. You gotta look at this as a lifestyle change, because if you think the journey ends soon as you hit your goal weight.. it doesn’t.

Be proud of yourself, every step of the way. You got this. 💗”
