“Many of you don’t know that for five years I smoked two packs of cigarettes a day to manage my stress.

Many of you don’t know, that when I quit smoking I spent five years battling food addiction and binge eating disorder. Eating my feelings seemed to be the only way to cope.

I was in need of a breakthrough.

I didn’t need to lose weight. I didn’t need to stop smoking. I needed to change the way I saw myself and my life. I desperately needed to learn to love myself and never settle for second best. I NEEDED A BREAKTHROUGH.
