“It’s been a rough journey.

April 24 2014 I started with my highest recorded weight of 311.2 … I make better food choices , cut out fast food, only would drink water, and attempted to do basic workout maneuvers at home.

Making the simple changes … I started to see big results fast….. -30 lbs then -40 lbs -50 lbs ……. I ended up losing exactly 80 lbs in about a year. Putting me at my lowest weight on this journey of 231.2 lbs.

At some point I got lost…. There will be a time when you think… ” oh I can have that slice of pizza because I’ve done so good”
When parties come up , events and you just let it go and forget everything you have been doing.

Today I got on the scale at 248 lbs at 5’8.
I have always been honest with my weight , but it’s just a number.
I feel so much better than I did a few weeks ago…. I was feeling bloated and lazy.
I don’t care if people have negative things to say about me or the fact I am taking so long to hit my goals…. I know I am moving forward!”
