“Today marks the 3 year mark since I woke up one morning feeling paralysed – soon realising it was pins & needles from my sheer mass cutting off my circulation while I slept – that was the day I decided to change my lifestyle. ????

I knew i was big, always had been, I didn’t care in the slightest, I loved my life and was always happy with who i was, i guess i was used to it, I had been obese my entire life and at 28 years old, 5’3 tall, i tipped the scales at 127kgs (280lbs). But in Feb 2014, that all changed when i realised i needed to do something for my health’s sake!?? I got up and just started educating myself on what was better for me food wise, getting active, sleeping better and overall being more conscious and taking responsibility for my wellbeing.

At first i started cycling on an old exercise in my lounge room watching TV, & with in 4 months i had lost almost 25kgs at home (4 stone, 55 pounds) – and at this point i vowed to lose half my body weight (140lbs/63.5kgs) in 2 years, all on my own. ????I wanted to prove to people no matter if its 5 kgs or 25 kgs you want to drop, you can, all you need is you and the right mentality.

So off i went day by day, small progress each week, doing it the old fashion way, joint a gym and then with no gimmicks, no fads, no diets, no programs no meal replacements shakes, no fat burners, and no surgery!!

?So within 2 years i dropped the weight then spent the last year continuing on my health and weightless journey! I wanted to prove we are stronger and tougher than we realise and all these gimmicks make you think you need them and your not capable of doing it on your own, but you truly are!! ??
