What led you to want to make your lifestyle transformation and where are you at now?

I was tired of seeing myself in the mirror. To me I looked so bad and was so unhappy with it. I was frustrated every day.
Right now I’m at a point where I’m healthy and very active in sport. I work out every day, not because I feel like I have to, more because I’ve learn to love it and have fun doing it!

What was the hardest part about making your transformation and how did you overcome it?

The hardest part was definitely changing my eating routine. It’s hart to belive but you can work out as much you want, if you don’t eat healthy, you won’t get any results.

I got to a point were I told myself, either you do it right or you just let it be, sit on the couch and eat junk food! With that, I motivated myself to eat the right food and to start changing.

Do you have any favourite fitness resources or information sources?

No, not really. Off corse I look up recipies, fitness meals or some workouts when I run out of ideas or need inspiration. When that happens I go all out online and on Instagram to see what I can find!

If you could only offer one piece of advice, technique or strategy for women looking to transform themselves, what would it be?

There are thousands of pieces of advice, but

“truly it’s all about believing in yourself and then JUST DOING IT!”

There is no secret, no special diet, no special workout that will help you. Everybody is unique and you’ll have to find your own way to do it.

All you gotta do is eat right and be a little actives, just do it, belive in yourself and don’t give up!

Do you have any final things you would like to mention?

Social media nower days does get to me. It puts a lot of pressure on people, especially one women, to be perfect, in shape and just to look awesome. Most of this isn’t real. It make me sad that a lot of young girls and frustrated women don’t love themselves because of this pressure.

To me everybody is beautiful in there on way, nobody is perfect and you need to love yourself just the way you are!
