    It REALLY Works! It’s quick and easy to fit into your schedule! It’s only 3 workouts a week and they are only 30-40 minutes. Makes you get a good sweat going and gives you some ab/cardio as well. I LOVE IT! Results almost instantly!

    I have completed 5 weeks and see my butt well lifted! I have been struggling hard since almost a year and a half in the gym, working out religiously to gain muscle mass. Since I started using the TF challenge, in 5 weeks I have seen my legs and butt transform slightly. I am looking more toned and lean, but I am not yet there, but I hope on completing 12 weeks I will see major improvement.

    Holy fabulous backside! I would consider myself rather fit and such but this workout definitely gave me more strength and definition. It is important to listen to your body and know when to push and when to stop. Self discipline is a must. I had a couple personal incidents that required me to take a few days off here and there but back on track and super excited of how the hard work and dedication to this fabulous workout plan will sculpt my body!! Cheers!

    I’ve wanted to find a good workout program for almost a year! I am on my second week now and I see and feel the difference already, the workouts are hard but I’m happy they are! If they weren’t they wouldn’t be working! I absolutely love it, my husband seems to like it too 😀

    Great Price and Full workout plan 🙂 This workout plan is way more than I expected. I’ve purchased quite a few muscle building plans. This is the only one so far that actually gives a full week of workouts. The others JUST give lower body workouts. This gives you cardio, as well as upper body. You can’t just work one body part even if it’s your focus. So for the price I am extremely happy.

    I would consider myself a beginner, this 12 week plan is one of the best programs that I’ve ever done. The weeks layouts made since to me, the program changes around so your body doesn’t get to use to the same thing. I would recommend this program to anyone, mostly if you are a beginner. The price is great for what you get, I would never get this kind of workout if I hired a trainer in a gym, I know this because I’ve hired trainers in the past!

    I’m in week 3 and am already seeing a difference! Prior to this program I spent 4-5 days/week just doing cardio. I’ve added some changes to my diet but follow this program by doing primarily strength training and light cardio in the morning. It has made such a difference and I feel a lot more confident in the gym.
