“I started my weight loss journey with 18 years to 5 years started my problem with the balance and did not see a way out of this situation and when I arrived at my critical point I saw my grandmother die from heart problems. I did not wait for something to happen to me so I started to search for information and came across bariatric surgery. It was a choice in a radical way because I did not find anything about, just did not regret. Many people judge who decides to operate but they do not see that to take such a decision are in a dead end. Surgery taught me to think of because of what I eat and how my body should be treated to keep moving.
Today, I feel much more mature in relation to food and exercise. I’m so happy when I see that I can inspire so many people that more efforts to motivate me every one of the people who come to me, send messages, I feel really Flattered. For those who always ask me, my tip no. 1 for those seeking weight loss is: Let’s face the diet the same way we do at school. We study the class period and then at home, we strive to the fullest because we know we need it for our future and even not taking the best grades never give up.”
