“Real talk ladies..
I don’t wake up everyday feeling lean. I have weekends that I indulge too much and end up feeling bloated. Yes, I have loose skin that includes cellulite and stretch marks.

Why am I addressing this? Because 90% of the messages in my message box are about people obsessing over these things.
I do, however, wake up everyday confident, happy and HEALTHY. Not a single one of those things makes me love my body any less. And it sure as heck shouldn’t stop someone from wanting to improve their health.”
