“I used to think that if I lost weight everything in my life would just fall into place. I thought my life would magically just become this fairytale land full of crop tops and body cons. ((⚠ Spoiler alert: it hasn’t)) But the thing is, life in general did get so much better. My problems didn’t all just magically vanish because I lost 75 pounds. But after working so hard for something you want, you actually start believing in yourself. It may begin with a diet or a gym routine but that quickly evolves into all other areas of your life.
When I think back to the girl on the left ((which by the way was super fun and super confident)) and compare her to me today it’s totally different. I was never one to hide or be ashamed of my weight but my mindset now is totally different. I stopped wishing and started putting my plans into action. Something so simple as diligently following a workout routine literally changed my entire mindset and outlook on life.
I know some people will roll their eyes at this post and some people will agree, but having a community of people who believe so strongly in your health & well-being is an amazing thing and I love being a part of it. ??? *drops mic*”
